1. Gift vouchers are valid 12 months from issue, it is not possible to extend the redemption period. 2. Vouchers can be used for any Taybank experience to avoid disappointment please book in advance and include the voucher code. 3. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. 4. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. 5. A voucher must be presented upon arrival. 6. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking will result in the voucher being void. 7. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of vouchers at our discretion.
